We ship out our orders at least every week (on Friday). CD's will be shipped with regular mail service - no track & trace included. Please allow several working days for your CD to arrive, please don't panic... :)

If your order arrives damaged please contact us. If you want to return your order you can only do so if it's undamaged, in original package (if the shrinkwrap is removed or opened you cannot return the order!!) within 14 days.
